The early days of motherhood are a lot. The fourth trimester is one of growth, change and syncing new rhythms with this new person in your life. You’re learning to speak each other’s language and decipher wants and needs, but the indisputable common ground is milk – breast or formula – and the sharing of this milk is one of the first moments of connection between you and your baby.
